Return Policy

We want you completely happy with your new jewelry!

Email customer service at info@bellavivajewelry.com with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return. You will receive further instructions.

 

EASY RETURNS!

• If for any reason you want to return your Bellaviva Jewelry new piece, we will accept unworn merchandise with tags attached for a store credit within 15 days. 

• In the unlikely case the you receive a faulty item. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. We will provide a full refund or replacement.

• We do not refund initial shipping charges for returned items, except for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at our own cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

• Bellaviva Jewelry is not responsible for the loss of packages being returned. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method.

 

SHIPPING

• Shipping is calculated and added to your order at the checkout. Shipping cost is based on your order weight and destination.

• We offer Free Shipping on Domestic Orders over $50: 1-3 business days First Class Mail.
